My Animal Companions

If you have made it this far into my world you must either be curious, or you have a love for the animal folk. My love for animals is strong, it always has been, and always will be. I especially love predatory animals. It's the animal in me speaking, I suppose. I'm very close to felines and canids. All animals are special to me, and as someone once told me, animals make better people than people make. In most respects I can honestly say she was right.

The animals that share my life with me are unique and special in their own ways. They have lives of their own, thoughts of their own, and their own feelings. Most people might disagree, but those who do have probably never had a valued animal friend in their life. Those who have, know exactly what I'm talking about. I don't think of them as pets, but as very close family.

My critters come in all shapes and sizes, but they all mean the world to me. I currently have three cats, two dogs ( who are my owner-trained service dogs ), and one leopard gecko.
